Bij deze zouden we graag het volgende (weer) bij jullie onder de aandacht willen brengen. Zoals eerder op onze website bericht, heeft de bond een NTTB-app ontwikkeld met daarin een digitale ledenpas en een Digitaal WedstrijdFormulier (DWF). Het DWF zal op termijn het papieren wedstrijdformulier gaan vervangen. De afgelopen najaarscompetitie is als proef gebruikt en in het komende voorjaar wil de NTTB stap voor stap gaan toewerken naar daadwerkelijke implementatie van het DWF in de competitie. De NTTB-app, met het DWF, kan, net als in de afgelopen najaarscompetitie, door teams gebruikt worden om mee te oefenen (beschikbaar voor telefoon en tablet). Omdat teams dus op termijn zelf via de NTTB-app de uitslagen moeten gaan invoeren, is ons verzoek om, naast het papieren wedstrijdformulier, bij jullie wedstrijden gebruik te gaan maken van deze app. Het papieren formulier blijft nog even bestaan, maar de implementatie van het DWF komt eraan.
De uitslagen die jullie invoeren, kunnen vervolgens door de wedstrijdsecretaris van het thuisspelende team worden gecontroleerd en worden bevestigd. Daarbij is het overigens een overweging om een papieren back-up te maken van de uitslagen, zodat je als team en als wedstrijdsecretaris ergens op terug kunt vallen.

Ons dringende verzoek is om deze informatie goed door te nemen (er staan ook filmpjes, antwoorden op veel gestelde vragen etc bij), om de NTTB app te downloaden en deze te gaan gebruikenVerder ter info: de wedstrijdsecretaris kan in de app eventueel nog een zogenaamde non-playing captain (npc) aan een team toevoegen die dan voor dat team ook uitslagen mag invoeren. Als bijvoorbeeld een ouder van een jeugdlid ook lid is van de NTTB, dan zou deze aan de hand van het bondsnummer toegevoegd kunnen worden. Als dat niet zo is, dan kan een jeugdlid het natuurlijk ook zelf doen, maar de begeleidende vader of moeder kan natuurlijk ook evt. het account van zoon of dochter gebruiken. Of het nu om jeugd of seniorteams gaat: het is wel handig als teams afspraken maken wie van het team de uitslagen invoert. Maar belangrijker nog is dat teams deze app gaan gebruiken.
We would like to bring your attention on the following : Like reported earlier, the sport bond has developed a NTTB-App, this app includes a digital membership pass and a digital competition form (DWF). The DWF will eventually be replacing the paper version of a competition form. The DWF has been tried out during the competition last Fall; during the next seasons the NTTB wants to implement the DWF step by step in the regular competition. The NTTB- App can be used by teams for practice purposes (available for mobile phones and tablets) Because teams will eventually need to pass on game results through the app ; we recommend bringing the app with you for now alongside the paper version. The paper version will still exist, but in the future we aim to implement the DWF completely.
The results that everyone will register will be checked by the competition secretary (from home-playing team) and thus will be confirmed. Therefore we will suggest to have a paper version as a back up.

We highly recommend to take in all of this information ( through the link you will also have access to videoclips, answers on frequently asked questions etc.) from the NTTB-app so you can start using it. Also; the competition secretary will also be able to add a non-playing captain (NPC) to a team so that NPC can enter competition results as well. If for example a parent of a youth-member is also a member of the NTTB than that person can be added by their bondnumber. If not; a youth-member also will be able to do it themselves, the parent will also be able to use the account of their children. Wheter its a youth team or an elderly team; we recommend to make it clear which person will be handling the entering of the results. But most importantly; we want all the teams to be using the app in the future !
